These days I teach only ONLINE lessons - on Skype or Zoom. It's an exciting new era. I truly enjoy Japanese students. They are innocent and sincere, yet fun and spontaneous. Teaching for 23 yrs. in Japan I have many little 'tricks' to help students understand but stay in English. My hour long classes are about 12 minutes free talk, 10 minutes warm-up, and almost 40 minutes for the lesson itself (depending on the level). I use a variety of texts designed for fun, step by step learning.
